Home Tours
We are excited to announce we now offer self-service home tours on select quick move-in homes. With the use of the NterNow© app, you can gain instant and private access to our homes so you are able to continue your house-hunt, while still keeping yourself and family healthy.
How it Works:
2. When at the front door of the home, either call the number on the door sign or download the NterNow app, verify your identity, and receive a one-time-use access code to punch in the lock. Turn the knob and start your tour!
3. Simply close the door behind you when you leave. The door is already reset to lock. It’s that easy!
Homes will be sanitized daily and before every visit.
We’re ready to help you find your dream home.
To create a safer environment for all, our sales center is by appointment only. A cloth face mask is required for guests and team members at all Mattamy community locations, including sales centers, homesites and quick move-in homes.
